Refund Policy

At Hacktechmedia, we strive to provide high-quality training, digital services, and educational resources. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making any payment.

1. Course & Training Program Refunds

All course fees are non-refundable once the course access, materials, or login credentials are provided.
No refunds will be issued for:
Change of mind
Non-attendance or partial attendance
Failure to complete the course
Internet or technical issues at the user’s end

2. Digital Products & Online Content

Payments for digital products, including:
Recorded video courses
E-books, PDFs, notes, tools
Online certifications

are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable once delivered or accessed.

3. Service-Based Refunds (Digital Marketing / Cybersecurity Services)

Refunds for services are not applicable once the project or service work has started.
If a service is canceled before work begins, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative and processing charges.
Any such refund will be at the sole discretion of Hacktechmedia.

4. Workshop / Webinar / Event Cancellation

Fees paid for workshops, webinars, or live events are non-refundable.
In case Hacktechmedia cancels an event, participants will be offered:
A full refund or
Transfer to a rescheduled date or alternative program

5. Duplicate or Excess Payments

If a payment is made twice due to a technical error, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.
Refund processing time: 7–10 business days.

6. Refund Processing Method

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.
Transaction or gateway charges, if any, are non-refundable.

7. Cancellation by Hacktechmedia

Hacktechmedia reserves the right to cancel or reschedule:

Courses
Batches
Services
Events

In such cases, users will be informed, and suitable alternatives or refunds will be offered.

8. No Guarantee Disclaimer

Hacktechmedia does not guarantee:

Job placement
Income generation
Career success

Refund requests based on such expectations will not be entertained.

9. Policy Updates

Hacktechmedia reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
