1. Non-Refundable Payments

All payments made to Hacktechmedia are non-refundable under normal circumstances. Students are strongly advised to review all course information, eligibility criteria, and terms before making any payment to avoid disappointment or financial loss.

2. Exception as per Legal Provision

In accordance with the Judgment of the National Consumer Redressal Commission dated June 10, 2010, fees paid may be refunded after deducting processing or administrative charges, only if:

  • A new student enrolls and occupies the same seat before the commencement of the course.
  • The refund request is submitted in writing with valid proof of payment and admission details.

3. Course Commencement

Once a batch or course has started, no refund, adjustment, or transfer of fees will be entertained under any condition, including absence, discontinuation, or personal reasons.

4. Digital Courses and Online Content

For online programs, digital certifications, or downloadable content, refunds cannot be issued once access credentials have been provided or course materials have been shared.

5. Processing Timeline

Approved refunds (as per clause 2) will be processed within 30 working days from the date of management approval. Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment only.

6. Batch or Course Change Requests

Students may request to transfer their admission to a later batch or an alternative course only if seats are available and at the discretion of management. Any difference in fees must be paid in advance.

7. Payment Gateway and Transaction Charges

All payment gateway or bank processing charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refundable amount, where applicable.

8. Management Decision

The decision of the Hacktechmedia Management shall be final and binding in all matters relating to refunds, cancellations, or transfers.
